The knowledge that matters most in most organisations — how to handle a difficult customer, how the compliance process actually works, how a senior engineer solves the hardest problems — lives inside the people who do the job. Some of it gets recorded in training sessions, product walkthroughs, and onboarding calls. Most of it never gets structured, indexed, or made learnable.
SkillKlip's mission is to close the gap between what organisations know and what their people can access, learn, and be tested on. We do this by making it effortless to turn any recording into a structured, assessed, trackable learning experience — without instructional designers, LMS administrators, or months of curriculum development.
"We built SkillKlip to make the knowledge inside your videos as accessible as the people who created them."
Speed over perfection
The best training programme is one that exists. We bias toward getting great training live in hours, not polished training live in months.
Accountability by default
Every module should produce evidence of learning. If there's no quiz, no completion record, and no dashboard — it's not training. It's a video.
Built for Southeast Asia
We are not a US product adapted for this region. We were built here, for the languages, workflows, and workforce realities of Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia.
AI that earns its place
We only add AI where it genuinely removes work — video segmentation, instruction writing, quiz generation. We don't add AI for the sake of it.
SkillKlip was founded in 2025 by Ngiam See Wei and Chantal Wee after a conversation that started with a simple frustration: the best onboarding content Chantal had ever recorded — a 3-hour session with a subject matter expert — sat on a Google Drive for eight months before anyone watched it.
